The entire application has to be right the first time an application is made
; there may not be the time or indeed, the opportunity, for a
second application .
New Zealand is in the enviable position of being able to select 'the best' and
'most professional' of suitable candidates to fill the annual immigration
quota; such quota having been conservatively based at a sustainable and

The Immigration Department of New Zealand will continue to reserve the right to

subsequent relevant visas. However, presentation of a professionally structured
business plan/feasibility study, logical and relevant choice of business
acquisition (either existing or initiated) submitted contemporaneously with a
detailed and accurate application, will undoubtedly place a candidate in a
position of substantial advantage over other less disciplined applications.
BISINZ LTD works to strict principles that embrace risk management as well as
proven strategy (this includes stringent screening of applicants prior to
any application being made on behalf of BISINZ LTDs' clients) .
BISINZ LTD will decline to represent candidates who, in the opinion of
management, do not sufficiently meet the criteria as set out by the New Zealand
Immigration Department; as the Company's continued existence and growth
depends ultimately upon the success of the candidates it represents.

Initial Application - The initial application can be
done on line (see further for instructions). The contents of this initial
application will be evaluated free of charge, and responded to
within 2 working days (NZ time) subsequent to receipt.

Final Assessment for Enrolment - A comprehensive
assessment form will be forwarded to candidates for completion. This assessment
will require accurate completion and a written declaration from the applicant
that the responses to questions and documentation provided are true and
correct .
The fee for processing this assessment is $NZ1,125.00 which is
payable directly into BISINZ LTDs' Trading Account in New Zealand prior
to the assessment form being forwarded to a prospective candidate, for completion and ultimate processing.
Upon receipt of a completed (in full) assessment form by BISINZ LTD, a written
response will be provided (within 5 working days, NZ time) as to whether the
information supplied is sufficiently complete and satisfactory to qualify the
prospective candidate for enrolment in the BISINZ LTD Business Immigration
Programme.
Candidates will also be provided a basic list of 'shortfall's' re the assessment
completed, to provide candidates one opportunity to 'expand' on information
provided or produce further documentation.
3. Business Immigration Enrolment Programme -
The fee for the Business Immigration Enrolement Programme is payable in full
prior to BISINZ LTD initiating the subject programme.
The process of Business Immigration to New Zealand is a complex procedure
requiring an application that is perfectly synchronised with an in-depth
feasibility report and selection of business investment, which ultimately
culminates in a complete and professional presentation to the New Zealand
Immigration Department.
The fee charged for the Business Immigration Enrolment Programme covers all
aspects of the application, including the fees charged to enlist the services
of professional individuals/companies to provide all the necessary services and
documentation required to augment the immigration process; from initiation to
the final presentation of the full 'application package' on behalf of clients
to the New Zealand Immigration Department.
Specific details and breakdown of the services provided for the fee herein
stated, will be supplied upon payment of the $1,125.00 for the final
assessment for enrolment fee (see item 2) and receipt of fully
completed assessment forms, which, after perusal by BISINZ LTD management,
qualifies the candidate to be accepted to enrol in the BUSINESS IMMIGRATION
PROGRAMME.
